Members of Congress trade stocks.

By law, they have to report every trade.343 trades filed in the last four weeks.

We read every filing the moment it's public.

And make the same trade in seconds.

Then pay holders. Twice.

What the filings say.

Four weeks of disclosures, in four charts.

The fund

What it would hold now.

Every disclosed buy adds an equal slice. Every sale removes one. So no single member can dominate the fund.

The wait

How long members took to report.

The law allows up to 45 days. The agent copies the second a filing goes public.

How it works.

From filing to trade in about forty seconds.

Step 1

A member files.

Members must publicly report stock trades within 45 days. The filing lands on the House or Senate site.

Step 2

The agent reads it.

It watches both sites around the clock and pulls out the stock, the side and the size from each new filing.

Step 3

It makes the same trade.

It buys or sells the matching Stock Token on Robinhood Chain, one equal slice per filing, and posts the receipt.

Step 4

Holders get paid.

Trading fees go out every hour. Dividends go out on each pay date. Both arrive in USDG.

Questions.

Is it legal to copy Congress?

The trades are public records. Members have to disclose them under the STOCK Act, and anyone can read the filings. The agent just reads them faster than a person can.

Why not copy trades the day they happen?

No one can see a trade until it's filed, and members can wait up to 45 days. The agent copies the moment the filing is public, so it trades on the disclosure date, not the original one.

Is it partisan?

No. It copies every member who files, from both parties and both chambers, the same way. Each filing adds the same size slice, whoever made it.

How are fees paid?

2.5% of every buy and sell goes to holders, in proportion to how many tokens you hold. It's paid out every hour in USDG. No claiming needed.

How are dividends paid?

When a stock the fund holds pays a dividend, the fund receives it as a Stock Token holder and passes it to $CONGRESS holders in USDG on the pay date.

Who can buy?

Stock Tokens aren't available to people in the United States, and some other countries restrict them too. A live version would block those regions and would need legal review before launch.
